The great Hurricane Irene can't stop us!!

So finally we can go to Ocean City, MD and have some nice days at the beach.
We hope that we can reach somebody on the phone so we can make sure that we get our keys to our condo.


So we might go this afternoon or tomorrow morning about 3 or 4 o'clock.


So Ocean City we are almost coming!!

Soccer, Soccer, Soccer

I can't believe that I only play soccer  for two weeks again. It feels like I have played my whole life. The Girls are so nice and we have so much fun together.
The running, the passing and the shots are getting better every day.

Our first game is the 6th of September!!


Can't wait to play in our white shorts and shirts
(I hope it doesn't rain that day!!)

"Somebody stepped on me"

Before soccer practice I went in the pool. The weather was first not so nice but then the sun came out. Of course I hadn't put sunscreen on me. After two hours I looked like a red Lobster. My arms, legs, belly and my nose were so red (it looked very very funny).  After the relaxing time in the pool I went to practice.


We had the drill to lay down, leave 5/6ft between each girl. So we lay down and each girl had to jump over the other girls. I had to roll over because the space between my neighbour wasn't enough. (Normally all the girls lay on their belly, but I lay after rolling one time on my back). Not a minute later one girl stepped right on me. She hit only my hip.

So it doesn't matter how tall I'm, I also can be stepped on.
(I have a great story to tell because nobody believes that somebody stepped on me at soccer)

The first Soccer Practice

So today I had my first soccer practice at Mid Valley. The Girls are very very nice and friendly.
 Today we had:

• 1Mile run 
• 400m (1lap done after mile) 
• Ball Jumps (jumiping back and forth over the ball) 30sec (2sets)
• Ball touches (touches on the top of ball) 30sec (2sets)
• Shuttle run 20yds/ 40yds/ 60yds

I can't believe that I did it and that I'm still alive.

I ate the first time in my life a Donut at Dunkin Donuts!

(I think I'll visit Dunkin Donuts a few times in my year)

Panera and a Movie

I went for the first time with my new mom to Panera. Panera is a great place to have a lunch. We ordered "The Strawberry Poppyseed & Chicken Salad". I know what you are thinking when you read this and see the photo, but believe me the salad is the best salad I had! (And when I say that it really means something) I never thought that Strawberries, Blueberries, Pineapple and Chicken would match in a salad. (So when you are right now in the U.S. try to go to Panera and eat the salad)

                 

After a delicious lunch we went to a movie "Friend with Benefits".
It was very funny and we enjoyed the time together.
 (The movie is more for Girls than for Boys)

My Journey begins

It's time to say Goodbye!

My Journey begins. Time to say goodbye to my family and my friends.
My Trip was from:

•  Hannover to Frankfurt
• Frankfurt to Washington DC (First stop in the U.S,)
• One night in a nice hotel
• Washington DC to Newark NJ
• and finally Newark to Wilkes Barre Scranton

It was a long trip but now I can live with my new parents in Olyphant.
