So today I had my first soccer practice at Mid Valley. The Girls are very very nice and friendly.

- 400m (1lap done after mile)
- Ball Jumps (jumiping back and forth over the ball) 30sec (2sets)
- Ball touches (touches on the top of ball) 30sec (2sets)
- Shuttle run 20yds/ 40yds/ 60yds
I can't believe that I did it and that I'm still alive.

I survived my first U.S. Soccer Practice!!
